What we collect

• Employer enquiries: name, work email, phone number, company name, job title, and details of your workforce requirement.
• Candidate and freelancer profiles: name, email, phone number, city, preferred roles and locations, skills, experience, availability, resume file and any links or notes you provide.
• General messages: the details you enter in the contact form.
• Technical data: our hosting provider may record basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, in server logs for security. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you request.
• To consider candidates for suitable roles and, with the candidate's knowledge, share relevant profiles with prospective employers.
• To keep records needed for our business and legal obligations.
• To keep this website secure and prevent spam or misuse.

Consent

We ask for your consent when you submit a form. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.

Who we share it with

We share candidate profiles with prospective employers only for the purpose of recruitment. We tell candidates before we share their profile for a specific role. We use service providers for hosting, email and form handling: our website hosting, email and form-handling providers, who process data only on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep employer enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, and candidate profiles and resumes for up to 12 months after they were last updated. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

How we protect it

Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Resumes are kept in access-controlled storage that only our authorised recruitment staff can open. We never publish candidate information on this website.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or raise a grievance, by writing to hr@trendingjobz.in. We will respond within 30 days.
